I have done several dry cleans here, and despite that, after ruining my designer dress, they have been inflexible in compensating for it, and tried to charge me more for re-cleaning. They promised to ring me back, but it has been months. I'm going back tomorrow to try to get it back. It is probably completely ruined. They're expensive and not worth it.
