Warranty work required, delayed due to COVID-19 closure etc. Throughout process (including covid delays) the communication via email has been 1st class - mostly from Diane in service dept, but also from the parts dept). On arrival I was welcomed, job list confirmed & discussed with Diane walking round the vehicle. Dave (technician) was also happy to discuss jobs with me before I left. I am VERY satisfied with quality of the work, the level of care taken to get it right aswell as the communication throughout. My thanks to Diane & Dave in particular, but also the wider team who combine to provide a thoroughly professional all round high quality service.

Damp Check under Covid conditions. Reduced waiting area and no more coffee, but all clean and safe. Work carried out in half the scheduled time and at reduced cost by putting extra man on job. Judging by smell, van had been sanitised before handback. Great service much appreciated.

I spent over 265,000 on a brand new Motorhome, it was delivered with a damaged floor, 6 months later still not resolved. Appalling service!
