Absolutely shocking service bought a TV online was faulty it got picked up for a replacement to be sent nothing has turned up for 10 days. After no joy calling and e consult I went to to shop. After and hour of the shops customer services calling the central customer services still no TV or refund aboslutly discussed hopefully my daughter will have it before Xmas. There excuse was that the faulty TV was still sat on a pallet and had not been scanned back in so couldnt send a replacement. It's been sat there for 10days, and the shop had the TVs in store but wouldn't let me have one. ABSOLUTYLY SHOCKING SERVICE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN DISCUSSED

Very disappointed, after looking for over 30mins for a laptop, we are them told its out of stock, pointed to another only to be told its out of as well. Was told by the assistant to look on line so left disappointed with the time wasted. Went home looked on line eventually found what I wanted on amazon and ordered it. You wonder why people don't bother with shops when they don't have what you want and moat about online shopping but you can always get what you want.
