Obnoxious, rude, unhelpful staff which I witnessed bullying other customers. I lost all respect for you. Was going to buy my favourite brand item on super sale but after what I saw you lost my support. I buy from ethical brands who treat customers kindly. It definitely is not you anymore.

All I can say is that you have a blonde large girl in your store that has no idea regarding customer service.Just an awful awful attitude! I left the shop in disgust & have never been spoken too or treated like that before....ever! I don't ever complain but her service was so patronising that she has pushed me to write this. By the looks of it you may want to employ people who actually want to make a customers experience pleasant as they will then spend money not run a mile! Looking at other reviews on your Portsmouth store your staff do this quite often!

My wife and I decided to come to gunwharf on both our day off today (24/02). We were shopping around Gunwharf and as we only come here couple times a year as live far away, we expect to make a good fun enjoyable day out of it. We were having a good lunch and my wife decided she would like to go look at some makeup , so thus we go over to the Cosmetic Company. We have never been in here before , and my wife was super excited . However, the treatment and experience we received was appalling. The girls who were working had no idea on correct customer service . A young girl with dark brown hair , was staring at us , which made us feel uncomfortable and then spoke to us with disrespect, We felt so shocked so we left the shop. I’ve never in my life received that sort of disgusting service in my life. Such a let down to Gunwharf , where everywhere else is friendly and professional. Gunwharf should reconsider the management and staff of this shop as it’s awful. And reading from other reviews, I’m not the only one. Really let down and put a sad mood to our day.

Appalling service, we were looking at a set of mac lipstick amoung other things.We took the display off the shelf to check the colours and size when i was approached by a member of staff who had marched over and said" what are you doing" at this point we had 2 mac products in our hands, we explained why we were looking at the display and asked a few questions, the member of staff stood stairing at us like we were criminals about to run out with the goods. Her next words were "put that back" no please or is there anything else I can help you with just "put that back" with extreme attitude. I was so outraged to feel like a criminal and extremely unwelcome we walked out. A little later still outraged I went back to complain to Danny the manager, who was polite and offered to deal with us directly and supply a few free samples. I declined as I was not after freebies. This member of staff needs some serious customers service training or maybe needs to find a new job not dealing with customers. The cosmetic company in Portsmouth lost a couple of hundred pounds of business today and even more in the future. We will not go back unless we receive an apology. If the company would like the staff members name ease contact me. Of reply with a contact number and name.

I bought an estee Lauder first time from this store but end up regret of buying from this shop ,as the lady with straight blond hair so RUDE ..no manners.
