Try their sandwiches. Tucked away in the corner of the Hub is a table that offers a 'build your own sandwich' only it's less sandwich than full loaf of bread. Hugely generous with their toppings too.

I love the hub. Excellent coffee and they have a sandwich bar that is really cheap but they don't skimp on the filling. As a place to sit down in a busy thriving student environment. Top Mark's. The staff are really lovely and helpful. I can't fault them. Well done to all of the staff.

Set in the centre of the University's northern quarter (in Dennis Sciama building) and open over the holidays. There's a freshly cooked option every day (the curries are great) and selection of hot pastries. Currently running a campaign (Kale Yeah) encouraging more vegetarian eating. Very now! The staff are lovely; very friendly.

Pasties here are great. Price is also great compared to others. Only trouble is that they only make so many, if you're not quick they are often sold out. The vegetable samosas is also nice but not as good value as their pasties.

Was a great place to 'escape' but now the divider has been removed it's just another crowded, noisy environment. Plus, going cashless which is unhelpful. Staff great though.
