Excellent service from reception staff. Very helpful, friendly and professional at all times. The medical team are equally excellent, from the Nurses who do your routine blood tests etc. through to the Doctors dealing with heart conditions, It is a long time since I found a GPs surgery as good as these guys. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I've been with this surgery 8 years now and while service was a little difficult at first things have gotten much better over the years. The doctors have always been very helpful and accomodating, but the nurses can be a little stricter. This surgery has to cope with a large student population much of the year, and at times getting an appointment can be demanding after Christmas until Easter. But as long as you plan ahead where you can to ensure you are seen the service is great. One caveat is there is a little too much signage that can be overwhelming at times. The front desk are happy to give you service as long as you are polite and understanding of things out of their control. A very good surgery the kind hearted.
Excellent service from staff, they go out of their way to help. However, you will have to wait a few (2-3) weeks for an appointment, as is the case with most NHS GPs. This is not a walk in centre, although some emergency/urgent on-the-day appointments may be available.
The service I've received here is honestly the best service I've ever received at an NHS doctors surgery my entire life. Every time I've rang them to book an appointment I've been able to be seen in the next few days, and emergency appointments I've needed during crisis (I have a severe mental illness) have always been within the hour. Dr Alazade is fantastic and always listens undividedly, never received anything less than their best efforts to help. I was so shocked to see such low reviews for this surgery, as I've been at other surgeries which have been appalling compared to this one.
