Twisted pair helped us redesign and update eight meeting rooms over the course of a year. It was important to us that the user experience was consistent and that the equipment was simple to use. The proof of success for me was gong be measured against usage increasing and tickets to the help-desk decreasing. Both of those objective have been achieved.
