Really great after service, parents had front and kitchen doors installed a while back. The hinges on the front door came loose. Rang up Keith and someone was sent right away to have the problem sorted.

Came and gave a quote tried to contact never called back. Obviously doesn't need the work but why give a quote. Far better more reliable companies around

Victory Windows fitted new composite door for me. The door looks amazing and price was very good too. Very happy with the purchase

Don’t touch this company with a barge pole. We have never, ever complained about a company who have done work for us, so be warned!!! Fitted two composite doors at a cost of nearly 2500, and weren’t interested when seals needed replacing, and door had dropped within a few months. After sales service non-existent. Contacted them so often and they couldn’t wait to put the phone down on us. Promised us it would get done, but after two years now nothing!!!!! Owners attitude is appalling. When eventually I got the doors fixed by another company they couldn’t believe how badly installed they were, and were keen to take photos of the shoddy work because they couldn’t believe their eyes. We paid for the cost ourselves another 300 plus.

I’m renovating a house to sell on, it needs several new windows and doors. I called Victory Windows, explained this and asked if their warranty would be transferable to the new owners. The reply was “not interested” and he hung up on me. Quite glad I didn’t get a chance to mention I also need windows for my own house as based on this I really wouldn’t be happy giving them any money at all.
