I would like to say a massive thanks to Kerry who was amazing throughout the whole process of me buying my first home. She was easy to contact, she always replied quickly to phone calls and emails, and now the sale is completed she is going above and beyond her role to help me out with a small issue i have, she hasnt just left me to it, shes still helping me out and been great. If your buying a new property i highly reccomend her. She works super hard, and until everything is to your satisfaction she will be keep in contact.

After only one month of living as a VIVID tenant I have had to change it to a 1 star. The reason for this is that VIVID don't do any level of aftercare once you have bought a property off them. We have issues that have been going on longer than a month now and even after calling their customer services non stop over the last month we still have left issues. VIVID has made it very clear that they do not care about you once you have purchased a property from them and here is the biggest reason yet to prove this. I called up vivid after myself and my partner have been hearing RATs! Crawling around in our ceiling to be told that we would be getting a call back the same day. At the end of the day, we received no call... So after calling back we were told that it would be a call back the next day. 3 days later! I called back to complain and speak to management that we had not received a callback and the first call I got sent to voice mail and the second time the employee would not put me through to management and that they had no update regarding the rat problem I raised over 3 days ago. So If you are looking for a property in north Stoneham park be very careful because if we have rats in our house god knows what the 20 empty property’s around us are going to be like. In conclusion, VIVID do not care about you and do not wish to put in any time or effort into aftercare for their customers. And I am fed up constantly chasing vivid to have the simplest things done.

Possibly the worst company out there! Never do a proper job, still waiting for over a year to have new extractor van fitted and patio doors also..think they just employ muppets an absolute joke of a company. If I could give it 0* I would. We also have a neighbour from hell with none stop music! Yep you guessed it they haven't done anything especially the housing officer James light who's bloody useless. He's about as much use a bloke wearing glasses with one ear

Absolutely terrible! Been lied to for months now about a property over the phone and by email. I was told that my property would be ready mid June but because of covid it was going to be ready at the end of June, and I understand that things are going to be delayed because of covid but I do not appreciate that I have been lied to so many times! So obviously the 1st lie is that I would be ready end of June.... it wasn't. So i rung a couple of weeks later... i then got told that the property is vacant and they are doing works in the property..... there was still people living in there.... so i rung again a week later to ask what was going on was told again they was definitely in the property doing works and it just went on and on and on then I found out that the property wasn't vacant till the end of July.... i rung again and emailed last week and the was told the work was done and was just waiting for a viewing video what would take 48 hours and my tenancy would start 14/08/20.... i then had a phone call yesterday to say that the work hadn't been done.... I'm fuming i have a 4 month old baby sleeping in a travel cot in the living room of my in-laws and me and my partner are both shearing and sleeping on a sofa because our tenancy had ended at our last property and we had to move but was promised that it would be ready in plenty of time for us.... it is not suitable for a baby to sleep in a travel cot for so long the communication throughout the company is awful and I really don't appreciate being lied to for months just be straight forward!!!!
