Very disappointed with this company, Kiri Saunders Brown was supposed to be acting for us but due to lack of response, chasing played a big part in our purchase falling thru. They then tried to charge us over and above there quoted conveyancing price when the purchase didn't even go thru! Would look elsewhere.

Very Expensive. Not recommended. Never had a face to face appointment - by email only, Nevertheless expensive. I felt some of their emails were unnecessary long & repetitive to justify the extra charges. I was charged few times more than the original estimate at the time of instruction. Some of the delays caused by the firm itself but they still charged me several hundred pounds for asking for the same extension.

I urgently needed two statutory declaration within a strict timeframe. Molly and Bilyana really looked after me and got the documents over the line. I probably made this whole process much more complicated but Molly gave me so much help on the phone, and helped me whereever possible. This kind of service is so rare and Warner Goodman get 5 stars because of Molly. Thank you :)
Having used many different solicitors in the past, I have to say that Warner Goodman were excellent in completing my remortage on a tight timescale. John Blake was fantastic in making sure it happened on time. I would defiantly recommend these solicitors and John thank you so much for all your help it is greatly appreciated! Sale completed on 6th sep ,retention money was not withheld and now am being told that sellers solicitor has released it ,though I have followed all the instructions provided by Mr John Blake. Support completion team is terrible where communication tone is aggressive -oh we already spoke and now am being told sellers solicitor is responsible and it needs to be taken up with small claims court.How irresponsible and pass the buck from a reputed firm ? How are such staff surviving unless firm is complacent !! I did not choose to write the issue here but no response means no customer service .sorry to say if I had to deal with this Poor service,Could choose online ,solicitors are better atleast in terms of communication.
