Want there for an early dinner tgis afternoon. You download an app to order food which worked really well. The food was really good and service excellent. Kids had the pizza and chips and we had fish and chips. Fish was fresh and chips amazing. Will be going back to try the crab claws and mussels....

Good place with a nice vibe for beach side cocktails and seafood. Great beer too! They had good Covid secure service & the staff were helpful. Ordering via the app was a bit fiddly. One weird thing was the app only allowed food orders at certain times to not overload the kitchen (order predicted wait time would have been better). We also didn't find kids options on the menu which was a bit of a shame (although not sure if this was the app limiting options again). On the other hand, once we did order, the food arrived very quickly. Overall a good place, couple minor tweaks and it would be great.

Beautiful location. We visited on a cold and rainy night. Indoors was fully booked but there was still room outside under cover. All they could provide was fish and chips. It was magnificent and more than satisfied our hunger. The table service app was easy to use and it was worth ordering a pint of the house ale. An excellent dining experience over all. One minor criticism is the use of plastic drinking utensils, especially given the proximity to the sea. We'll definitely go there again. Hopefully indoors next time.

VEGGIE ALERT: now this place has a great vibe and the food is also very good. Staff likewise, are great. Amazing location on an amazing beech. But, if you are veggie, there’s not a lot for you. There was one option, cauliflower risotto (Love it or hate it), but the main thing is they fry everything in beef fat. So, the chips are out as well! If you eat only fish, then because of the beef fat, the fish and chips are out, as are the fish cakes. There were two fish on the bone dishes, and from experience these are either great, or it’s constantly picking out bones from my mouth, and I didn’t feel like trying it. There was lobster, a bit expensive for us but on the menu. Surprisingly there are no prawns on the menu. We had some starters and a dessert - all of which was very good, just couldn’t have a main.

Fantastic location & great food A quick google search landed us at this fantastic cafe purely by chance. We were well received by the host and made to feel very welcome. Had the Fritos Misto which was excellent and good sized portions. Service was grand. Well worth a visit.
