They kept us informed at all times with regards to buyers and later when the deal was made they kept us up to date with the solicitor's progress. Very underhanded dealings, after having made a verbal agreement with Philip on a property, and having following conversations assuring me that i had the property leading me to handing in my notice with my current property. After two weeks of waiting for the paper work to be sent through, i rang there office and had left a message with the girl who was handling the lease. After another two days of no reply i called into the office, ONLY TO BE NOW TOLD THAT THEY HAVE GIVEN THE PROPERTY TO ANOTHER CLIENT!!!!. They had not even called me for a counter offer or even had the decency to let me know that they had removed the listing this I find very underhand and untrustworthy from what I thought was a reliable company.
