Cathy and Colette are an absolute joke... Medical center should ruin a recruitment drive and get people in that want to help, deal with enquiries and actually be nice on the phone. Just more paper pushers trying to have a high powered job when there fit for nothing.... Another failing NHS servicr should work based on commission. Outstanding service as always, lol
