Arriving home from New year celebrations in London late in the evening to find no heating and a warm fridge freezer is no joke! One call to Richard and he was with me within 5 minutes. I could tell when he answered the phone he was at home with his family. He found the issue quickly and had it isolated so I could heat the house up. Quick, efficient and reasonably priced. Richard fitted a WiFi heating controls to our house. He arrived and within 30 mins had it installed and working. Would highly recommend and will use again.
