Great staff! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years, and didn’t know what to expect. The front desk was very helpful and the dental hygienist was very welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away and answering any questions I had. Very professional! Would recommend

Worst dentist office ever. Went twice both times there was billing errors. When I called them out on it they argue with you and eventually acknowledge the errors. Office staff is ignorant. They state that they do electronic billing but after work is done they say my benefits wont except electronic. When you call your benefits they say no reason why they shouldn't be able to bill electronically. Go to new dentist and they dont have a problem billing. There services are not cheap but give you service of a 16 year old child. Beware your not saving money by going to portway so why except unprofessional work for the same money.
