Very worst service provider. Please take action on this branch manager and staffs. They are not even working properly. Just roaming over there in and out. Simply giving token in a way of old tradition numbering in paper and giving when we enter inside. The cash handling staff and system also not working properly. Branch manager simply came around and just counting the cash in same deposit counter and not at all giving respect to the public. We were waited prolong for deposit and we are raised questions why delay. Simply they are telling that system error we Are looking on it. Why they haven’t informed firstly. Same time they are working for their commitments on priority basis. Then What kind of service is this. please use Porur branch they have cash deposit machines. It’s simplify the work load.

Bank has been shifted. This could ve been intimated to branch customers through mail. Same is the case of Porur branch. Wen shifted, y not intimated to customers. Lots of previlage banking mails getting received, y not tis information.

Too late service for problems after account opend through online system. If once account is locked need to visit that branch time 6 to 7 times.
