Have contacted this real estate agency 4 times by their online email enquiry on a property that i was interested in buying. Got nothing back from them. Today i did not ring the phone no.s on the ad in realestate. com but googled them and got the office itself, only to be told that the property is under contract. So obviously that is why i am not being replied to on their online enquiry but instead of doing the professional thing and marking the property under contract on realestate.com or replying to the email which would take two minutes, so no-one wastes their time, they just ignore you. Really poor customer service, and in a climate where there are a lot of people in the same business, i would think that you actually wanted customers. Position One Property Northside is not someone i will be dealing with ever again. Not good enough
