The only reason why I give a three star is because the parking lot is the ABSOLUTE WORST. The parking lot is WAY too small and if you aren't lucky enough to park near your apartment there is nowhere to turn around to find one. You have to back up until you find a spot, but if someone starts to pull in behind you there isn't anywhere to go! Whoever designed the parking lot did a very poor job at it. I love my apartment, hate the parking lot.

We really enjoy the park-like atmosphere of the complex. The new management is working hard to make improvements throughout the community. It is the perfect location, so convenient for grocery shopping and easy access to the highway. Our toddler loves to take walks in the neighborhood and see all the animals. The people who live in the area are so friendly!

My husband and I love living here at post oak apartments. We've lived here for around a year. It's beautiful and well kept. Matt the maintenance man is prompt and thorough as are the girls in the office. Location is awesome! Recently repainted and updated the wood stairs/bridges, which did wonders for the appearance of this already beautiful area. To give this complex a 5, it would need a better solution to parking (more of it would be ideal, or assigned parking with better monitoring of parking passes), and it would be nice to have more updated appliances. All in all, very happy living here.

I have lived here for a year and love it. I don't understand what all the bad reviews are for. Sara in the office is a very nice helpful woman. Maintenance comes and fixes things for me when I ask. I've access to a pool in the warm months and I love my loft. Don't let the bad reviews scare you off moving in here. I will be resigning my lease happily next month.
