My experience was not too bad. Just one observation. It was a very busy past week on Saturday the 20th. Occasionally there was one cashier which I find unacceptable because the que was long at times. Please look into this. Otherwise no complaints. Thank you.

For every DIY job I have had I found what I am looking for from Builders Express Potch, the staff also are helpful when you need advice on products and there's variety of products to choose from. Great prices also if I may add, my brother was happy with a 5 liter synthetic oil he bought and coolent.

Has most of your hardware needs and located nearby in town. The level of service depends on which day and time you are there. If you need specific product advice I'd recommend one of the other more specialist hardware stores in Potchefstroom.

I don't typically write bad reviews, because everyone has a bad day, But I feel the service today warrants a review. Today I drove to Builders to buy rope, I spoke to one of the staff who was close to the shelf where I found the rope. I asked him if this is the only rope they stock, to which he responded YES!. I bought the rope closest to my need. On my way out I found another shelf with rope. Either the staff member wasn't in the mood to help me or he doesn't know what is going on in his department. This type of service was the last thing I explained from Builders Potchefstroom.

Terrible service. Staff is unresponsive and extremely rude. Next to none of the employees seem to have any idea as to what decent human interaction entails.
