Worst call I've ever had to make. keeps you on the line for 10 min and then the handwriting on the slips for collection is so bad that no one can make out if its a 2 or 5, 1 or 7... what a waste... teach the personnel how to write.

I am very disappointed by the service st the post office in Potchefstroom. I have been unable to unlock my post box since January 2017. When I reported this I was told that I had not paid my annual fees. With much sighing and impatience the official checked and found that I had indeed paid for 2017. She then reluctantly fetched the post. The following week I was met again with this attitude. Every week I reported the problem. In Feb I reported I reported the problem inside the office. The employee then Tom me that the order on locks has not arrived. Another month past with me reporting my problem every Friday afternoon. I was told that I could also collect post on Saturdays between 08:30 and 12:00. Today I went to collect my post but the window was locked. On inquiry I was informed that those officials did not work on Saturdays. This is very frustrating. This really is very poor service. I now need to take leave one weekday to see if the postmaster might be able to help me with this problem.
Staff are friendly and Mpho in particular is an absolute legend. I ordered a ton of stuff off Ali express and she helped me sort through the international orders and red tape and even sent me text when my packages arrived.
