My husband passed away suddenly and then 5 days after I buried him my mom died. I needed to board my dog for the first time, and Potomac Animal Hospital took really good care of her for me. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if needed.

Worse front desk / customer service experience. Made appointment with Dr. Scott, then they call last min to inform me of change. They never explained (initially) that the doctor will not be available, while examining the dog. Only post examination discussions will be allowed. Staff was unwilling or / and unable to articulate how the process works and very insulting. Until frontdesk gets their act together, suggest finding another vet. Specially when front desk tells you \maybe you should find another vet\.
