This is a very cutomer friendly place. Yesterday my van wouldn't start at McDonalds. I called Auto Zone and was told that someone would be over to give me a jump start. The manager, John, was over shortly and got it started. He also invited me over to the store to check out the battery and alternator for free. He also didnt charge me anything at all to run over and get the van started. I would highly recommend this place.

Parts were not delivered as promised by 2 people. I gave them info bout brake pads. Bad reviews they should have known about. Too long hold on the phone.
