Room was clean but the noise was annoying. No idea what is was though, air con, the fridge, something in the bathroom...just a constant sound from somewhere. The balcony is actually a joke as well. Must be careful not to drop anything cause it would fall straight through and no space for two chairs next to each other. Dinner was good with a lovely service and breakfast was good too.

A big business hotel at a quite location at the Templin lake. Perfect for bike rides. The rooms are fabulous, but for dinner you should go somewhere else.
A nice getaway from Berlin and it’s hustle. The hotel is a lot resort like with good offerings for adults and kids. It misses the mark by not having a pool but kinda makes up for it with having a small beach across the lake it’s located next to. Good food and hospitality.
Quite area away from the main city and really quite Its very close to public transportation so getting here is not hard at all, walking into the main city takes about 40 minutes, there is a local Aldi 10min walk from the hotel. Its right next to the river side and it a great place to relax or even go for a swim. They have a bike hire on site as well for 4 hrs or whole day(i suggest whole day), So you dont have too mess around with the bike share services, meaning it will only take you 15 minutes into the city.
An awesome place to visit in Potsdam. Very clean city, easy excess to Berlin and quality service. The hotel premises are build in an historical area where the old airships were build. So the hotels are also being built in the shape of airships.
The rooms and meeting halls are very clean. The staff is duty is hospitable and helpful too.
Almost everything is good about this hotel. The slight problem is the sheer size of the property, which means getting from one far end to say reception can take a while.
Biggest congress hotel I've been to. Great breakfast, friendly staff. Make sure to impose a bit at the bar, they're not the best at noticing waiting customers. But great service nonetheless.
