I was extremely pleased with the visit by Jason Simmons of Advance Construction Solutions, who undertook a full review and damp survey of our entire property which is being sold. He was friendly and polite, explained all of his findings openly and transparently before providing a rough idea of price for works. Jason kept me in the loop at every step of the process and sent through the quote within two days of visiting (which was at the weekend). Jason replaced and remodelled some guttering for me after I had some problems with damp due to a broken gutter and also gutter overflow due to a poorly placed downpipe on my new extension. I found him to be very courteous and professional. He was able to do the work promptly and efficiently. Work is off a high standard. I have not had any further problems at all. Very happy to recommend him.

Jason has done a number of jobs on my property mostly relating to damp, condensation and mould and has always done an outstanding job in finding a solution for every problem. He is a fountain of knowledge and has taken care of roof repairs, pointing, window glazing, rising damp, woodworm, installed PIV and probably more. Overall he has saved me tons of money by providing honest assessments and affordable solutions. He comes highly recommended.

Jason dealt with the damp proofing for our house, and re-boarding and re-plastering the ceilings. He explained clearly in advance exactly how he planned to resolve the issues, and was prompt in delivering work of the highest quality. I couldn't recommend the firm more highly.
