I have just completed the sale of my property through Andrew Ward in Potters Bar and I would like to record my thanks to John, Rochelle, Julia, Sam and all the team for their support and assistance during the whole process. From the initial survey when John valued the property, to the day of completion when I handed over the keys to Rochelle, everyone has been extremely helpful, efficient and professional. Even a particularly “challenging” agent acting for my buyer did not deflect them from acting in a thoroughly professional manner. The whole team kept me fully informed and went out of their way to find solutions to challenges along the way, which made the experience a whole lot less stressful. John and his team were fantastic throughout the entire sales process. If all estate agents had their professionalism & understanding then it would make moving house a lot more enjoyable.
