Wow, why would you use anyone else?! We listed with BANC and had an offer within about ten days. Ok, the weather helped as the garden looked gorgeous but it was Andrew Crump who brought the buyers around. And this was in April when house prices were falling. Andrew kept us informed every step of the way and was always professional to deal with. We decided to list with BANC as we kept seeing their blue signs around Cuffley and Goffs Oak and they nearly always had SOLD on them.
We recently bought a property through Banc and from the moment the process began we found Nitesh to be friendly, professional and very helpful. We experienced some unexpected delays leading up to exchange but Nitesh always kept in contact and went above and beyond to help us. I would highly recommend them.
