The store opened 15mins late which is not a problem, but no apology was forthcoming from the staff. My first prescription was not ready and the repeat I have had 'been returned' The staff member was rude and couldn't care less, I was told one part of the prescription would be ready the next day, I asked if they would open at 9 and he just shrugged. I had to return the same day and he was rude arrogant and very unfriendly, when I said this to him he once again shrugged. I will not be returning, it is a shame as the pharmacist was very nice. Staff training needed!

Shockingly bad treatment in an eye test where once it was clear I would be buying glasses elsewhere (at well under half Boots' price) they couldn't get me out of the shop fast enough - and refused to tell me my inter-pupil distance, measured as part of the test. Never again.
