Two men maintain the business, where to start? the younger one is extremely rude, arrogant and aggressive, on entering the shop I made a lighthearted and harmless joke about it being my second visit - “round 2 now”. He began raising his voice in a manner attempting to intimidate me, making ageist and patronising remarks - “I’m not your friend little boy... I’m a bigger man and you need to respect me”. I later encountered the man whilst walking past the shop, he lost his temper and this time he approached me, attempted to attack me (but was restrained by his co-worker) and then proceeded to make threatening comments such as ‘I will chop off your head... I will find out where you live... come and fight me”. I have reported the crime to the Herts Police, and for the safety of others I do not recommend anyone attend the shop. Awful service, absolutely bizarre and unprovoked conflict and crime.
