The auction started on time and took a little time to bed in with the technology but was clear and concise after a short while. Easily followed and understood with good quality Lots. I enjoyed the overall experience and would think the auction house will go from strength to strength using ELA.

Just found this auction house and first visit was Sat 9th Nov. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The auctioneer was top class. A nice varied selection of items especially jewelery (which my wife bought) and watches. Large car park and a very nice cafe upstairs. Was back today to discuss putting items in next sale on 23rd Nov and was given lots of attention and advice. Hopefully they will become succesful and flourish.
Enjoyable auction. Slight initial problems, bedding in on first auction, but excellent auctioneer covered with the right amount of humour. Well worth attending.
