Please do not buy helium filled ballons from this shop. I bought Balloons for my Sons 21st birthday and they had deflated the next Day. I have never had this problem before from anywhere else. Don't waste your money they will not offer a refund or do anything to help. So disappointed

Appalling service, very nice lady but obviously has has neart to no training. But this store has been like this for quite some time now. This is a very poorly managed store.
Two very rude female staff on 19,3 2020 to busy sitting on the counter on there phones complaining about there hours. If ower is reading this sack them asap very poor and wont be going back as long as they work there...
Very reasonable prices for cards, and the staff are very friendly, helping me find the right cards for the right occasions.
