Great classes, I was a total novice but the staff are fantastic and made me feel really comfortable.

This company is completely unprofessional and I wouldn't go near them. They gave me completely incorrect advice post pregnancy and I am now struggling to get my money back as I have obviously lost faith in them to safely train me. No one is calling me back and it is a complete nightmare, not what I need with a new born.

I have been going to Chilli Pilates now for nearly 2 years and I love it! I live in St Albans so I normally go to the Harpenden studio. I am so excited to see that they are just about to open a studio in St Albans!! Happy days!! I've already booked my 5 Free Classes for the new studio. See you all soon guys!! D )
