After having problems with my fridge that couldn't be resolved by two other companies, the engineer from cool heat not only fixed it efficiently, but to a high quality standard. Everything was made clear before the job. Overall very happy with the quality of the service.

Rashid was with me within 15 minutes of me calling for an urgent appointment to advise on my freezer which was faulty. He was clear and upfront on the possible cause and options to repair. He managed to resolve the problem in under an hour which saved me throwing away all my frozen items. Definitely recommend Cool Heat for their professionalism and honesty.
DO NOT USE SCAMMERS fridge freezer wasn't working so called cool heat they said they couldn't fix it so we bought a new one from them...they didn't deliver it and now won't answer my calls,text or email.i am now in the process of taking them to court.
Excellent service on all types of domestic machines and boilers. The engineers were efficient, polite, came on time and were able to fix both my fridge and boiler at a reasonable price on two separate occasions. I was very happy with their service and will definitely call them again.
Not an honest person. Be careful if he tells You that he has to reboot fridge motherboard!!!
