As someone who has previously been through the care sector with their own family, finding Cuffley Manor and seeing what impact great care can have necessitated my writing this review The warmth of the home glows through Cuffley Manor's social media streams, I am constantly struck by the variety of activities residents get to participate in ranging from live music performances to pumpkin art and I have even seen professionally edited videos of residents life in a cinema room. Residents there clearly see it as more than just a place to live but see it as their home, and not consider themselves as just a group of people but a real community as evidenced by the wall to wall smiles in so many videos and photos I could use words like ‘brilliant’ or excellent’ to describe the staff of Cuffley manor, but those words are true of most care home staff, the people that work here in my opinion bring something much more thoughtful and engaging, rightly putting the wellbeing of those who live there above all else

Good experience of respite care in January 2020 until I was chased over a year later for a debt that was an error on the part of TLC Care. Poor admin and record management has created this issue.
