I needed a car, but then a global pandemic happened and the country went in to national lock down. Even through that, I could not have been any happier with the service from Jamie @Cuffley. As a visit to go and see the car wasn't happening, I was given a tour over the phone. Incredibly helpful, patient, honest and really felt like I was looked after. It does help they sorted me out with a fantastic car! Thanks Jamie! (And for actually delivering the car on my doorstep)

Bought my latest car from here only last week found Matt to be a friendly enough guy and easy to get on with helped me out with a few issues ie taxed the car online for me explained warranty and went over paperwork etc and so far so good I’ve had the car checked over by a third party and they couldn’t find fault with it so il definitely be giving cuffley motor company a call in the future and I’d gladly recommend them to friends and family

I visited Cuffley cars on Saturday as i saw a car that i liked advertised on AA approved cars. The customer service i received was so good. I asked many questions about the car i was buying and what would be the best option for me to buy. I also was given a very good offer on my trade in car which was more than any of the other online car buying offers. It really was a friendly efficient service . I am very pleased with the whole experience which felt un pressured and i was not pushed into making any rash decisions. I am so pleased with my new car and feel like i would definitely be going back in the future when i am looking for any more cars for my family or friends
