I have just had my Covid 19 injection at The Hub in Stevenage. Very well signposted on Gunnels Wood Road so easy to find and from the moment you go through the gates there are people everywhere to help you even in the car park. From the moment you enter the building you have people directing you where you need to go.It was highly organised with only a very few minutes wait to go to the next bit where you are asked your registration details etc. I would just like to congratulate the wonderful NHS,what a superb job they are all doing.

The receptionist especially Margaret was so rude couldn't give me basic information about a test that I had done and made me repeat my details over and over again. Just abrupt and unhelpful and totally unprofessional.
