If I could give zero, I would. Lies from the people on the phone, blaming the driver. The app told me the pizza was delivered and when I called they said it had just left them. 30 mins and 2 calls later, the driver said there was bad traffic (Sunday afternoon during lock down....) and then said he had too many deliveries in one run. Pizza was of course luke warm but we were too hungry by that point to complain is it took over an hour from the time we placed the order. Just avoid at all costs, drive to Hatfield, honestly you will regret even picking up the phone to Potters Bar....

What happened to this store?!?!?! It used to have great products, quick delivery and good customer service. Now the food is cold with varying ingredients and quality, delivery takes forever and constantly make mistakes like delivering to the wrong address or half the order doesn't turn up and the staff on the phone are rude, robotic and seem to have zero interest in being there! The amount of people I speak to with similar issues with this store is literally staggering. I have no clue how this store still manages to make a profit but me and many others are hoping for new management or another store that will cover the area. Not paying good money for half a mediocre order that is barely lukewarm.

Understandably at a time like this everyone is being cautious and careful!!! I pulled up outside dominoes after finishing a 10 hour shift of work, rang the store and explained that they don’t actually deliver to my postcode and would they be able to make me a pizza and put it outside their shop door!? Once they’d gone back inside I’d go over and collect the pizza - no harm done right! The girl had to ask her manager, he came on the phone, told me he couldn’t risk his job, one pizza is not worth his job, which he’s right, one pizza isn’t, but he was really rude and just shut me down. To be honest I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable but I won’t ever be asking for anything from there again
