After finding that my elderly mother had locked herself out in North London, I initially called Drummond Security for some advice. However, after forwarding a few photos to Jamie as requested, he was very quickly able to make an assessment and said he could attend after finalising another call out. 30 minutes (!) later he arrived and had the door open within a minute. No damage, no drama and no demands for extortionate up-front fees. Payment for this was made by card and the fee was extremely reasonable. Exceptional service and knowledge and thoroughly recommend. Don’t risk using anyone else.

Excellent service and the guys are friendly and knowledgable. Jay gave us a very reasonable quote for child-proofing our home with various locks on the front door and windows and new locks on some of our doors and carried out all the work quickly and efficiently. He was always completely professional and a pleasure to deal with - can't recommend them highly enough.
