I had good experience all the way from last year when I started the treatment until final stages in December when I came for crown fitting. It was not ready and it was cancelled. I have been waiting for appointment all January and now I cannot get through any phone lines. I can’t speak to anyone. Have tried all clinics in London all of them cut you off regardless if you select option new or existing customer. What happens now? Money paid in full. Where do I get my crown? Have they gone bust?
Right from the my very first conversation with Finest Dental I could tell this was a professional setup and was certainly going to be good experience. The whole process was explained with exceptional detail, which made the decision to proceed a simple one. I’ve completed the treatment now and can certainly recommend this service. There aren’t many firms out there at the moment that work with this level of professionalism. Great work.
My dentist was always friendly and welcoming whenever we met. She made me feel at ease and always explained any of the procedures that were to be completed. My Invisalign was also completed a few weeks early which was a bonus and I was really happy with the results as they looked exactly as expected. Great product for Great Money!
I decided to go with Finest because of how friendly and helpful they were when I called to enquire, I called a few dentists but these definitely had the best telephone manner. I was not disappointed when I had my consultation everyone was so friendly and helpful. Second to none on customer service will highly recommend them I am currently 10 months into my treatment and so far can not see why there are bad reviews! Thanks Finest Dentist
