How can I sum up GKR karate. Well I have been training for 4 years with them. If you live in around Hertfordshire then you will be taught by some of best instructors GKR can offer. Dont get put off by bad reviews and you will get taught by a low grade. This doesn't happen here. They have tournaments and a chance to get some awards. My children entered a world Cup last year and the atmosphere was electric. Its very family oriented but adults are always welcome so you won't feel silly. I'm 50 years old and I'm training with older people. Recently started training again after the covid 19 lockdown. So safety procedures are in place or you can just do the online classes from your laptop or tablet.
