Had a problem with a leaky valve...but on removal of tyre it revealed pressure sensor which was non standard ...the team went out of their way to find a fix for the problem which was done and no problem since...great work guy's! It was much appreciated....thoroughly recommended..

I have been coming to Kwik Fit Potters Bar for years and on every visit the manager Steve Lowry is amazing. He is professional, friendly and always puts me at ease when I’m in a flap and flustered with yet another flat tyre. He and his team are all great guys. They are quick, professional and thorough and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. ️
Poor booking system along with a lack of integrity and customer service. I called and spoke to a member of staff at this particular branch and booked an MOT for a pre set date and time. We both reiterated and confirmed the booking as I needed to take time off from work and also had to be accurate with my timing due to work commitments and meetings. On my arrival at the said date and time I was told that I was late and that I had missed my appointment by 45 minutes. When i explained that i spoke to one of their colleagues to make the booking and that the times were reiterated and re confirmed it was still dismissed as not being their error. I asked them to check to see who it was that made the booking but they said that they were not able to cross reference the system to check, which I find difficult to accept. If that truly is the case then there is no excuse with today's technology of not being able to use a system to see who made a booking at least for monitoring and training purposes. Needless to say the staff at Potters Bar Kwik Fit were not accepting that they made an error with the booking nor were they in the slightest bit apologetic. Although they did say that if a cancellation came up I could have it. Kwik Fit.. get your act together and have a decent booking system whereby you can track who it is that uses your own systems to book customers in. Also follow a booking up by sending a quick courtesy text or email confirmation to your customers. Lastly, if mistakes are made, at least have the decency to accept that is the case and offer some kind of apology and take responsibility as we all make mistakes.
Friendly service and helpful. Took care when fitting 2 new tyres. Recommended.
