Friendly service, very reasonably priced and fast turnaround. I had a dress and a pair of shorts altered and they were given back to me within 2 days. I am so pleased with the outcome, they now fit perfectly and I can't wait to wear them this summer. Thank you Lady Valet!

Always receive excellent service, they do my dry cleaning regularly and have also repaired my phone. The owner and all his team are hard working and care about their customers. Have been using them for years.
Completely ruined an expensive beaded evening suit. Claimed it was a manufacturing error... BUT they had managed to clean it a couple of times previously. Denied all responsibility and refused compensation. Avoid at all costs, especially if your clothes are valuable to you.
