Called on Tuesday explained my electric wheelchair was not running as well to Simon who was really helpful and friendly listened to my concerns The engineer came out had it fixed and sort after 40 minutes. He was careful with what's going on extremely helpful and friendly would highly recommend this company 100 percent

We were looking for a wheelchair and used this company after a recommendation. We met Simon at our home. He was able to give some great advice and guided us through the different choices of wheelchair. Eventually we bought a Kuschall champion which suited our needs. I couldn't be happier with lifestyle and mobility. Simon was friendly, helpful and patient helping me to choose a product that is suitable for my needs. I had several trials of different products until I settled on the twions which are wonderful. It's not just that they help me get about with fewer injuries and less pain and fatigue but I feel like wonder woman zooming all over the place with a grin on my face. I feel more like my old self before things got difficult. I was hoping to find it easier to get from a to b so to feel so good is an unexpected bonus!
