Do not recommend, the staff are extremely rude extremely the manager. They allso make up there pricing depending on the people, me and my friend went separately and they charged me ax extra 10 for the same job. Allso done terrible had to go get them fixed the next day. terrible place and rude staff
Lovely job on my nails.
They are very rude, they speak in their own language, so you never understand them. After 3 days my nails are looking like I have them for more than one week. It's like a five years old girl did my nails. They are busy, and working very fast, 25 minutes for me, but fast is not always good. I won't recommend.
Have decided to go elsewhere after a year of going to Lillies. The service is suffering due to not turning down any clients. Quality of finish is now poor, hygiene is an issue and they are somewhat rude. They are quick though- so good if you're in a rush (and don't mind leaving with a few nicks and cuts!) They love a little chat about you too, so have a thick skin! :)
Very kind and nice staff... I only go for eyebrows but trust them and would never go anywhere else. Can get very busy but if you call ahead you should be fine.
I have been going to Lilly's Nails regularly for a year now, and I would highly recommend them. Never have to wait long, nails are always good quality and they will do what you ask them to. Staff are friendly and nails always last ages.
I have very bad experience with them yesterday I Done my nail gilac but the color is change today I went to shop this morning they were very rude to me. They told you cooked at the first i never cooked after 10 minutes they said you did something with chemical Finally They said we can't do nothing for you I reported them to County Council because is not fair .
