Bruce MaunderTaylor came highly recommended by 2 separates sources. They both works in Residential and commercial properties. I needed Bruce to help me removing a very unprofessional Property management in a block of flat . Bruce had to gather all the evidences and represent me in Court . Bruce did this in a very professional way and subsequently managed the building . The Company could not be more professional. and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Surveying Bruce was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and explains things thoroughly. I would recommend his surveying /building knowledge skills to anyone - very easy to deal with.

Lisa Aylwin was extraordinary helpful when I asked her to complete an LPE1 pack - which contains details sent to a purchaser's solicitor in a house sale. It is detailed and complex and the time was stated as ten days. I explained the need to get it done as quickly as possible. Lisa did it in three days - two of which were Saturday and Sunday! I have dealt with her on several occasions and found her to be very conscientious, hard working - and fun!
The Team at Maunder Taylor are very helpful and respond quickly to all enquiries. I have mainly dealt with Litsa who is very friendly and always a pleasure to speak to. Litsa deals with your request quickly and efficiently and if she is unable to help personally, she will follow up on and come back to you with a response in a timely manner.
We had a few local companies managing our block over recent years and didn't want to keep chopping and changing but then Maunder Taylor were recommended to us by some neighbours and we're really happy with the progress that they've been making sorting things out. It's early days, hence the 4 star review for now but all in all things are going well.
Have not had enough dealings with the management side to comment on, but the finance manager, Litsa Andrea, has been very helpful sorting a problem of account handover.
