My landlord got a boiler fitted from Mera boiler. 3 months since installed and no gas certificate, boiler leaking, thermostat missing, used old mag filter, pipe work in a mess. I would abound at all cost.

Absolutely unprofessional outfit, demanded cash without paperwork detailing product, and inventory of work to be carried out. In addition they ripped off my gas cover and threw it in the garden.
We installed a new combi boiler from Meraboiler.com in December 2020. On 27th March 2021, one of the plastic pipe (touching an adjacent copper pipe) melted and started leaking. Water was coming all the way to floor damaging floor boards (behind washing machine). As soon as we noticed this, I called on emergency number on website and within 15 mins they assigned a plumber with all tools. Amazingly they had a photo of my boiler pipework from initial installation so it was very easy for them to understand the issue and location of it. The plumber knocked my door after an hour. He came with all needed tools to fix the issue. He changed the melted and leaking pipe and bypassed it in a way that it doesn't touch any hot copper pipes. He took a picture of it and sent it to meraboiler.com so that the company has a picture of my new pipework. Such a smooth service. Thank you.
Brilliant service. Woke up on a Sunday morning & find out my boiler is now working. Called them & They fixed the problem over telephone. Highly recommended .

I am lucky that i did not agree to have installation from these guys. Very Unprofessional, a surveyor arrived at the door after 9pm without any prior confirmation. He said that he was just in the area so thought he should pop in. No I.D. card. Came in just taken some pictures and said you will receive a quote. This is 2 weeks ago approx. I called them and they confirmed a quote and a call back. Still waiting. No quote no explanation no courtesy. Extremely unprofessional. Stay away ... far far away!!! So the reply confirm that they visited but still no quote. If they had my details then rather response on review they should have called me.... again shows how unprofessional..... Stay away... I don't write a review but boiler installation is expensive and if done by unprofessional company then could be a long term problem. Stay away.... save yourself from a unprofessional company.
Not even worth 1 star, we had boiler installed which lasted 3months and another fitted which was intalled wrong. two boilers within 12months and atill not working. 5months with no heat or hot water! Avoid them lime a plague. You will regret it
