We have been using Minerva for our IT support for many years. Prior to COVID-19 we could contact an engineer directly via telephone and request immediate assistance, but as many engineers work are working from home we have had to contact them via email and await a call back. Their response time has been very good and most of my issues were resolved on the day of contact. I did have one time when I didn't receive a response to an urgent issue but have since been advised to write urgent in the subject line not just in the body of the email. For any complex issues Mitko has been absolutely great, working out of hours and always rectifying any issues that may arise quickly and efficiently.
