I've been training with Sensei Malcolm for almost 20 years and at this in for more than half that. The club teaches traditional Shotokan karate (a particular style of the art) and the students are all dedicated and happy to learn in a fast passed and energetic environment. While karate is a physical art, there is also very much a focus on the mental attributes, including patients, perseverance and endurance. These skills are needed to progress in karate, but these will be taught, learned and developed at the club The club also teaches practical self defence. Overall, Nintai Karate Club offers a safe, affordable and professional environment in which to learn one the world's best forms of traditional martial arts.
