Damaged car whilst doing work, completely denied liability. Staff have a terrible attitude towards customers. Do not recommend. (Edit: Said I had my windows tinted? False as non of my windows have tints. The only people inside the back of my car were the mechanics in the garage and I suspect the damage to have been done whilst removing the wheel from the back seat.)

I am usually terrified going to the mechanics. They always seem to find a bigger problem than what I went in for, or charge me more than the car is worth. Not these guys! They will make sure your car is properly fixed, but at a price that it is worth. If you want to leave your car and your wallet in good hands, come to Oakmere Cars Service Center!

The most dodgy car garage I ever used! Avoid them!!! Got there through my warranty and the owner said the warranty company agreed for me to pay upfront for the diagnosis. Pure lie! I called then and there the warranty company and they clearly said I do not need to pay anything. Probably the nearly 50 quid I would have paid, were going into the owners pocket! He immediately tried to suggest that blue ad pomp is broken (he only presumed this, had no clue even what the dashboard light was)!!! Would have been a total ripoff! Thank God we were inspired to go back 1h later and take the car. Reading the reviews, I am 100% sure they would have “found” problems which don’t exist so they can “earn” some extra money for no reason! Stay away from this horrible garage!

Always really helpful and honest.. recently quoted a high figure for some repair works... Some parts had a near 300% mark up, which I pointed out and they said they'd be happy for me to buy and supply the parts... Pretty standard mark up for most garages tbh, always worth getting a quote before agreeing to work
