Ordered a clock on the web site and unfortunately got caught up with all the hassle of Covid in securing its quick delivery. Oliver kept me informed of the orders progression every step of the way by email until it was safely delivered. An excellent, personal and professional quality service. I will surely look here first if I require any further home accessories.

My wife and I purchased some beautiful furniture from Oliver Matthews in Potters Bar. Everything from initial selection through to delivery was first class and we are absolutely delighted with the quality of our new items. We will definitely be back for some other pieces. Bought a 8 seater sofa for 3500 delivered in May 2020.After 3 months seat pads were going flat despite daily puffing and turning. Emailed them...no answer. The cushions have now got to the stage where you can feel wood when sitting on them. Countless calls later with no answer. My husband managed to get through a couple of weeks ago, explained the issues, only to be told they would sent extra filling for 80 per cushion (480) . Terrible customer after service. Terrible sofa...we should have bought the similar one in Sofology same price. Dont be fooled by the glitzy showroom.
Love our new sofa! Just what we were looking for and perfectly fits our room which was an issue we had with looking for one of an exact size. The team were very responsive throughout the pandemic. Will return!
The young sales representative at Oliver Matthews.. Sam.. Was an absolute pleasure to do business with. He knows his work, he understands what you need for that great sofa. He is a credit to the company. Just had our sofa arrive, and although we are waiting on the foot stall it seems we made the right choice. The deliver men were also very professional and efficient. I would recommend this service over and over again.
Do not trust anything Oliver Matthews advise. They say there is a sale on, however they just put the price up and than put a sale sign on. Would never shop here, can get better furniture at better prices at other stores.
Marc at the Potters bar branch was very proactive, efficient and acted quickly to address an issue with my order. The item was delivered on time, thanks to Marc! The friendly delivery team (Toby, David, Ego (Sorry, I expect spelt incorrectly) were also great, they phoned with an ETA, assembled the item, demonstrated how to use, and removed the packaging. Excellent all round - Thank you!
I visited Oliver Matthew store, for 19 mins. Unfortunately I received a parking ticket when I visited, I spoke to John at Oliver Matthews who advised the ticket would be cancelled. I called several times and he assured me it would be cancelled and no further action would be needed from my side. However I am not being threatened to be taken to court if I do not pay the ticket or pay 180 for a 19 min visit. I believed John at Oliver Matthews who obviously did nothing and now I am having to Pay. Oliver Matthews are now advising it is not their problem. In these tough times where money is tough, they do not care about their customers. Remember that when you purchase from this store, the will lie and than not care when you need help.
