Horrible experience. It felt the optometrist didn't seem to be interested in listening to the customer and felt like they wanted to push a particular type of lens, despite protest that that's not what was wanted. After trying to say what was wanted, just gave up for exhaustion. Felt very harsh, unlistening, unsympathetic, unwilling to listen, lecturing, a really mean demeanor. I don't know why anyone would want to go in to feel abused like this.
